While working in Chicago, Janis had the opportunity to partner with several developers on large-scale condo projects. From their inception to the final sale of each unit, she was deeply involved in the process, including selecting finishes and implementing effective marketing strategies. These diverse experiences have provided her with an extensive skill set, enabling her to handle everything from condos, investment properties to luxury mansions.

After a fulfilling tenure in Chicago, Janis made the exciting decision to move to Arizona a decade ago. “I immediately fell in love with the rich culture and unique charm that defines this vibrant state. Since then, I have been dedicated to helping clients navigate the Arizona real estate market, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and attention.”
